No Mac Drivers from Belkin
Belkin, which originally promised Mac drivers for its 802.11g hardware back in March and then promised them on a delayed schedule just told me via email there will be no Mac drivers for their PC card, at least. No word on the PCI card, even though there are potentially millions of Power Macs that can only use AirPort, not AirPort Extreme; but wireless is a much rarer option for desktop/tower units.

Belkin told me a few weeks back that they had no plans to write any Mac OS X drivers for their "G" product range.

Not surprised. Haven't had much use for Belkin products since their abrasive "textured" iMac mouse mat sanded the bottom off of my Apple Pro Mouse, and they refused to believe it.

There's only one thing to do: boycott Belkin cable, hub and switch products until they provide a realistic timeline for the development of drivers.

I have a Belkin 54g Wireless Router which works very well for me - much better than my previous Airport Base Station (graphite) and LinkSys router combo. Not only do I have just one unit (and AC adapter), but I also get much better range.
Belkin is also one of the few vendors to offer Mac drivers for their USB to Wireless adapters. And, with them selling "refurbs" of these for around $25 it's a great way to get an older iMac on a wireless network.
I don't yet have a pressing need for 802.11g speeds, so I can wait until somebody (ioxperts?) offers drivers (or until I can afford a new Powerbook).
Belkin, while not perfect in their Mac support, offers a helluva lot more support than LinkSys, D-link, etc.

I spent the day scouring the net for wireless PCI cards (b or g) which would work with a Blue & White G3. The closest I came until a few minutes ago were these posts. Fortunately I stumbled across Buffalo's (http://www.buffalotech.com/ ) pci adapter with external omni antenna. They specifically state that it works with Apple's 3.1 airport software and link to the download page at apple.
